Centers for Exellence and Program Development Committee:

The team is charged with making recommendations to the steering committee
regarding:

• Identifying and developing the centers of excellence concept across mission areas and partner organizations
• Identifying and developing programs in areas that are not currently priorities/centers of excellence, but have that potential in the future
• Considering and proposing “cross fertilizationâ€� of center/program work
• Considering and proposing methods of outreach and affiliation to the community and to community physicians and hospitals
• Leading centers and programs in the development of strategic and work plans
• Developing necessary infrastructure and organizational models to support identified programmatic development
• Assessing educational programs within these models.
